Assertion Analysis #2 : Bill of Rights

How many times have you seen someone have the freedom the Bill of Rights suggests? According to Burger King's Bill of Rights every one of their customers has had the freedom that has been entitled to them. Although it might be true for the CEO’s ethnicity background it has been roughly proven otherwise by other “races”.
Burger King's Bill of Rights, explained by Brad Blum Burger King’s ex-CEO, goes further into explaining not only the rights of his customers in the fast food restaurant but the rights they have in general. Reiterating the Bill of Rights he accentuates the point in which a person has the freedom to speak their mind, the right to give a damn or not, and to freedom in general. Therefore he goes further into detail giving a sense of two meanings to his words. When he states, “You have the right to laugh until soda explodes from your nose. You have the right to stand up and fight for what you believe in.” it has drifted from the actual Burger King’s Blum proclaims that a customer has the right to order as he wishes and should be compensated by meeting their wishes. He is speaking about something greater yet something so peculiarly false. Americans don't get the protections and individual liberties as the Bill of Rights speak of.
Brad Blum strategically conveys to a person emotion. He uses a pathological appeal to make the reader hungry by describing thoroughly the rights customers have about choosing their menu. He is persuading the reader to eat at their fast food restaurant and giving information about their rights. While he is doing that he uses anaphora repeating the words “you have the right” to emphasize the point he is trying to make. Which is you as a human being, as a person, has every right that has been entitled to you since the writing of the Bill of Rights and no one is supposed to make you think differently. The writer connects to a reader by appealing to the credibility in the Bill of Rights. Although he is trying to use it to make his statement credible, it has shown that the Bill of Rights itself is condemned as having untrue statements. Not everyone has it their way, there are people who
Generally there is proof to a person’s own liberties and just fullness of what the government speaks of. In spite the fact that it has been technically proven it hasn't been proven to every single ethnicity. It has been proven to those who call themselves white. The Bill of Rights suggests freedom for all, but the unjustifiable crimes and broken promises to which the Bill of Rights have backed up speak otherwise. Just as the Bill of Rights in Burger King and the Bill of Rights of America it is all false advertisement. Going to Burger King and witnessing the mistreating of a young African girl, has dealt me to understand that it is, as a matter of fact, fake.
